Alliance Fundamentals will introduce you to BJJ basics and self defense fundamentals, covering offensive and defensive movements from every position. In this course, Jacare and Fabio introduce and discuss the principles of leverage and base: crucial element's of a solid BJJ game. Materials are broken into instructionals and drills for easy reference. This curriculum will equip you with the building blocks for a technically superior game.

         Alliance Intermediate Core is the second course in the Alliance Academy series. Deepen your game with dynamic takedowns, alternative passing concepts, sophisticated transitions, and escapes. Stylistic guard variations like the Lagartixa, Spider, De La Riva and Butterfly are also introduced at this level, challenging you with new offensive and defensive combinations. This 33-lesson course will give you a more comprehensive understanding of the sport, preparing you for exploration on an advanced level.
