A very common self-defense scenario is when an attacker grabs onto both of your collars to shake you or push you around. When this happens, pray your hands up through and between his arm, and encircling over his elbow for Double Over Control. With his arms trapped, hit a Lateral Drop Takedown to bring him to the ground by stepping onto his foot and turning his shoulders with your overhooks.
