The Ippon-Seoi-Nage, colloquially referred to as the One-Armed Shoulder Throw, is an excellent maneuver to bring your opponent sailing to the mat. While maintaining a firm grip on his elbow or sleeve, uppercut into his cross armpit as you spin about-face, placing both of your feet inside of his base. Lower yourself by bending at the knees until your lower back meets his navel, therefore reducing the moment-arm between your centers of mass and maximizing the torque necessary to throw a larger opponent.
