Before your opponent engages into his Open Guard game after you have broken out, control the inside of his pant legs by his knees for the Bullfighter Pass. Rather than stepping backward to place his feet on the mat to pass, simply push away his far knee and shove his other leg past your hips as you drop your shoulder down into the Side Control position.
